One year customer service experience, preferably in financial services (collections
experience can be considered)
· One year of call center on-phone experience
· Proficient in Microsoft office suite
· Excellent verbal / written communication skills
· Strong customer focus & effective problem solving skills
· Focuses on servicing the customer by demonstrating a sense of integrity,
urgency, dedication, courtesy, accuracy and efficiency
· Works well in a relationship-based environment; manages relationships
within the internal department and with business partners
· Ability to thrive fast-paced, changing, time-sensitive, changing environment
· Delivers high-quality, error-free work by paying close attention to detail
Must be able to pass a Live Scan.
